Official started my attachment at A*Star IBN on 13th Nov!
will end on 8th Dec! ALAMAK! x_X missin out on so many activities! shit!
haha freak shit sia, have to report at 8.30am at Buona Vista! damn far from my place... the mrt journey there was more den irritable, long ride, squeezy, loads of inconsiderate pple, and also the tired zombified me...
anw when i arrived, the place was freakin deserted... no one in office at all... rofl... working world... starts ticking like pass 9 seriously... no wonder 9 to 5...
finally when it was arnd 9plus, everyone come alr... at first glance i see, omg... i knew i made a mistake... *slaps myself n goes into the wtf mode*

i had to water bath samples for 24hours! zzz
so i decided to help out winston's project since his one was slightly more active... haha also rather sianz cos got a lot of long titrations... each titration is abt 1 to 3hours... depending on wad reaction is it and wad pH or wad u wanna get....
i tell u ah... WTF MAN, getting a solution of EXACTLY pH 7.000 IS FUCKING DIFFICULT!
the 3 of us, lol threesome... LOL joke
okies cough cough, ya and yes the 3 of us, was suppose to make the solution from pH 2 something to pH 7.000
yes .000
den at first we tot aiya simple routine work, no big deal juz add add add NaOH only wad... simple...
first thing we add 5ul(microlitre) of NaOH, doesnt seem much... but.... the pH meter skyrocketed to pH 13 something~!!!
wtf...
only 5ul... crazy la... MICROLITRE LEI! 5 ONLY! dats like... 0.0005ml
wtf sia...
how freaking concentrated is the NaOH man...
ended up after neutralising all the NaOH added and back to pH 2, we added in gay amounts, 0.5ul... like wad the hell sia...
0.00005ml... so many zeroes... so small amt u noe... cant even really see if we got add or not its just a spurt from the micropipete... insane...
and my mentor say, this titration must be accurate and wad wad... shld take the whole day...
bloody hell... den cos we not experience, made silly mistakes here and there... and got a lot of technical problems also... sianz... we took 2 days wtf... =_=!!

finally... the fruits of our fucking labour... pH 7.000

This is especially important in conjunction with the use of stem and progenitor cells. Most of the current processes for the production of tissue scaffolds are incompatible with the incorporation of biological molecules, specifically proteins, due to the severity of conditions involving the use of high temperatures and organic solvents. In this project, fibrous scaffolds are processed by interfacial polyelectrolyte complexation, which is inherently more suitable for the presentation of biologics due to the milder, aqueous-based synthesis. The characteristics of these fibrous scaffolds are optimized to capitalize on the activity of various biological factors with respect to tissue development.

well OP2 dry run also over le... well i screwed up like omgggg...... i like got stuck den i juz said "shit!" like yo, in front of everyone... -___-||| totally out of order dat morning so freaking tired and stressed... zzz
telling u, my sleeping cycling for that week was simply screwed, cos i was like trying to do too many things at once, i ended up sleeping at 4 or 5am... den to make up for my sleep loss, i would sleep like until 12noon or later den later hiong and chiong all my work... den by 7 or 8pm i would be too tired again and try and sleep... den after wake up at 1am plus den cannot sleep... zzz sianz man...

A*star juz notified me... i have to start "work" on 13th Nov... zzz omg i have to find ways and excuses to tell the proff and my work partner why i need to pon so many days... some for council orientation, prom nite, and some for partyin and chalet! :P LOL GG
dunno la my fren say can take off and leave one... but dunno how far i can push it, since council is also like forcing me literally to go for every event they plan for even though i only good at doing banners and stuff haha
